Ware Council #183, Palmer Council #376, Ludlow Council #10698?, West Warren Council #13790 had an annual picnic at Ware Councils lovely pavilion! Approximately 295 adults and 50 children attended.
Brother Knights from Ware Council served a lovely chicken dinner!

July 28th BBQ Meeting!
Our council had the annual summer BBQ picnic! Good food was eaten by all and Yvan Houde hosted his first meeting as Grand Knight!
Later on Yvan showed his prowess at Horseshoes playing with Michael Laferriere against Joe Maiolo and John Ochs.
Three games of Bocce where played with William Connolly and Matt Valley toppling Gary Ross and Rich Smith, Matt Valley and Matt Smith beat William Connolly and Joe Stanizewski, lastly Rich Smith and Gary Ross where bested by Matt Valley and Joe Maiolo!
Palmer Council gives six scholarship presentations at Palmer High School and two at Monson High School for a total of $2,600 dollars.

HEADLINE: Jeff Minkler ordained as priest!
First assignment: St. Cecilia's in Wilbraham!
A incredible cermemony was held at St. Michaels Cathedral in Springfield to ordain three new Catholic priests: Paul Archambault, Michael Lillpopp and of course Jeffrey Minkler! This is the Springfield Dioceses largest ordainment in four years. Father Archambault, Father Lillpopp and Father Minkler Father Archambault all attended St. John's Seminary.

Father Minkler's first assignment: St. Cecilia's in Wilbraham!
